Job summary

US Home Services, a US-based home-services marketplace, is seeking a remote Philippines-based lead for end-to-end paid and organic growth. You will own Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, landing pages, and CRM handoff, with a focus on CPL, CAC, and ROAS, while coordinating with sales for conversions.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience in US-local lead gen, proven results, strong GA4/GTM/Pixel/CAPI skills, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta, including accounts at ≥ US$250k/month spend.
• Proven US local or home-services lead gen — bring numbers.
• SEO results you can show (before/after).
• Expert GA4, GTM, Pixel/CAPI.
• Own lead quality and CRM handoff, not just media buying.
• Clear US English (written and spoken).
• 4–5 hours/day overlap with US Pacific (~11pm–8am Manila).
• Fibre + backup + quiet workspace
