24 Hours Group is seeking an experienced Meta PPC Specialist for a remote role focused on U.S.-based home service campaigns. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end Meta advertising, building scalable strategies that deliver qualified leads at target CPLs while collaborating with sales and CRM teams.

You will optimize campaigns across targeting, creatives, offers, and landing pages, run structured A/B tests, and ensure pixel/tracking implementation. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Proven experience generating leads for U.S.-based businesses.
• Direct experience managing Meta Ads for U.S.-based home service companies required.
• Familiarity with agencies handling multiple client accounts is preferred.
• Strong lead generation, CPL optimization, and scaling expertise.
• CRM integration experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch, and manage full-funnel Meta ad campaigns for U.S.-based home services.
• Develop strategies covering targeting, structure, budgets, bidding, and offers.
• Manage budgets and optimize campaigns for CPL, lead quality, and CAC.
• Work with CRM and sales teams to identify high-quality customers.
• Design and execute A/B tests across creatives, audiences, offers, copy, and landing pages.
• Implement and monitor Meta Pixel, CAPI, events, tracking, and attribution.
• Prepare clear performance reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with Meta platform changes and new paid-social strategies.
