Ecomm Growth Collective is seeking a Senior Meta Strategist to own growth for 4–6 high-growth ecommerce brands. You’ll run Meta media buying end-to-end, shape creative direction, and partner with a tight team to drive performance across paid media and the broader commercial picture.

The role is fully remote and permanent, aligned to NZ time zones, with autonomy, trust, and clear ownership of client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Deep ecommerce growth strategy for DTC brands with Meta Ads expertise.
• Ability to own account strategy and translate data into action.
• Excellent communication with clients and team; proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy for 4–6 Meta accounts with full accountability.
• Run Meta media buying end-to-end: strategy, setup, optimization, reporting.
• Translate performance data into strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative strategy/production and Google Ads to align channels.
• Manage client relationships from briefs to strategic advisory.
• Deliver insight-led reports and evolve approaches per account.
