Permworks is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to execute day-to-day performance marketing tasks and lead regional digital strategy. You’ll run paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and manage email marketing while collaborating with teams to grow the client brand in Europe.

This 100% remote, full-time role emphasizes data-driven decision making, hands-on execution, and strategic ownership in a fast-scaling e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years working remotely in a digital marketing or growth role (DTC e-commerce preferred).
• Strong operational skills and attention to detail.
• A data-driven mindset and ability to extract insights from performance data.
• Ability to strategise, build, and execute campaigns independently.
• Strong English communication skills and comfort working in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Run and manage paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and YouTube.
• Help improve results by tracking key metrics like ROAS, CAC, and CVR.
• Adjust marketing content for local markets and test new platforms.
• Set up and manage automated emails and newsletters using Klaviyo or similar tools.
• Organise contact lists and send targeted emails; track performance and share reports.
