Morestaffing is seeking a Performance Media Buyer to own hands-on execution of Meta advertising campaigns and creative testing. This remote role reports to the founder and offers a flexible schedule with EST overlap, while maintaining full-time hours.

You will build, launch, QA, optimize campaigns, and manage budgets across accounts. The role emphasizes direct-response performance, testing, and collaboration with AI-powered creative workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands‑on Meta media buying experience.
• Strong experience working directly inside Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience independently building, launching, managing, and optimizing Meta campaigns.
• Strong understanding of direct‑response and performance marketing principles.
• Experience analyzing performance and making optimization decisions.
• Experience executing structured campaign and creative tests.
• Strong campaign QA skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify and correct campaign setup or execution errors independently.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage day‑to‑day execution with minimal oversight.
• Ability to understand media buying strategy while remaining comfortable with hands‑on execution.
• Strong initiative and ability to identify what needs to be done without waiting for detailed instructions.
• Comfort working with performance creative and using ad performance data to inform creative iterations.
• Willingness and ability to learn and incorporate AI‑powered creative workflows into day‑to‑day execution.

Responsibilities

• Build, upload, and launch campaigns and ads within Meta Ads Manager.
• Manage day‑to‑day campaign execution across multiple accounts.
• Monitor budgets, pacing, delivery, and key performance metrics.
• Make campaign and ad‑level optimizations based on performance.
• Troubleshoot delivery, setup, tracking, and performance issues.
• Maintain accurate campaign structures, naming conventions, and documentation.
• Manage multiple active campaigns and priorities efficiently.
• Conduct thorough QA before campaigns and ads go live.
• Verify budgets, targeting, placements, creative assets, URLs, tracking, and campaign settings.
• Catch and correct setup errors independently.
• Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain a high standard of execution without requiring frequent task‑level supervision.
• Launch and evaluate structured campaign and creative tests.
• Analyze campaign and ad‑level performance.
• Identify winning audiences, offers, creative formats, and messaging patterns.
• Recommend optimization and testing opportunities based on performance data.
• Document learnings and apply them to future campaign execution.
• Support the scaling of winning campaigns while maintaining performance targets.
• Use AI‑powered tools and established workflows to support creative testing.
• Collaborate with the team on hooks, concepts, and creative iterations when needed.
• Take ownership of assigned work without waiting for highly detailed instructions.
• Proactively identify issues, opportunities, and next steps within assigned accounts.
