Job summary

FoodServiceIQ is seeking a Marketing and Media Buying PM for a remote role. You will own Meta Ads end-to-end—from planning and launching to scaling campaigns and directing creative assets—to ensure funnels convert.

We’re looking for someone who can move between strategy and execution, base decisions on data, coordinate with creative teams, and perform quick edits to keep campaigns moving in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree. 3–5 years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns at a performance level.
• Hands‑on experience with funnel/landing page builders (ClickFunnels highly preferred).
• Ability to read and analyze campaign metrics and convert them into clear action items.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Own Meta Ads campaign planning, setup, execution, and daily optimization.
• Build and scale ad sets, audiences, and budgets across stages.
• Implement structured creative and audience testing frameworks.
• Monitor CPC, CTR, CPM, CVR, CPL, ROAS, and lead quality daily.
• Identify winning creatives, angles, hooks, and offers based on data.
• Prepare weekly performance reports and insights for leadership.
• Manage the full paid media workflow across Meta and support additional channels as needed.
