Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business development and account management across industries.
• Proven track record of generating leads and supporting client acquisition.
• Strong knowledge and relationships with fiat payment networks across industries.
• Fast learner in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Results-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and sustain professional relationships with a customer-focused approach.
• High attention to detail and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to coordinate with international partners and stakeholders.
• Experience or advantage in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key merchant accounts with tailored payment solutions to drive growth and retention.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new strategic merchants across Cebu and Davao.
• Build relationships with C-level executives to align partner objectives with Coins’ goals.
• Negotiate merchant discount rates, terms, and partnerships for win-win outcomes.
• Lead regular business reviews to assess performance and uncover opportunities.
• Plan partner conventions, financial literacy sessions, and trade activations to boost brand engagement.
• Collaborate with product, tech, operations, and marketing teams for seamless onboarding and campaigns.
• Execute regional and national marketing initiatives to drive visibility and transaction volume.
• Support growth strategies to strengthen Coins’ market position in payments and fintech.
• Monitor account performance and deliver actionable market insights.
• Track industry developments and competitive activity to identify risks and opportunities.
