Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in meetings, events, or hotel sales coordination.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of IHG systems and Crowne Plaza Meetings standards is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events from inquiry to post-event follow-up.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the event planning process.
• Conduct site inspections and client meetings to promote the hotel’s meeting facilities.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and BEOs in coordination with relevant departments.
• Ensure all event requirements are communicated to operations teams.
• Assist in achieving departmental revenue targets for meetings and events.
• Upsell meeting packages and banquet services.
• Coordinate with Banquets, Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering.
• Attend pre-convention and operational meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of event details, contracts, and client communications.
• Ensure compliance with IHG policies, procedures, and brand standards.
