Qualifications

• Minimum four-year degree required.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1 year in call center/hospitality sales preferred.

• Experience with bids and hotel group sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients calling the IHG Group Centre in a professional manner.
• Handle web and email requests efficiently within response times.
• Assist clients to identify needs and locate IHG properties that fit.
• Gather necessary specifications for hotel bids and review opportunities.
• Forward new group leads to hotels for bidding review.
• Track leads to ensure timely hotel responses and follow-ups.
• Coordinate crisis management and hurricane support communications as needed.
