Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Makati seeks a Groups & Meetings Sales Associate to be the first point of contact for customers across our brands. You will understand client requirements, translate them into viable solutions, and drive revenue through phone, web and email channels.

You will partner with hotels and clients throughout the sales cycle, manage opportunities from inquiry to closure, and contribute to commercial success by ensuring a seamless experience and high-quality qualification.

Qualifications

• Completion of at least two years of college or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience in sales, hospitality, hotel operations, reservations, customer service or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking Groups & Meetings solutions across IHG brands via phone, web and email.
• Consult with clients to understand requirements and identify suitable solutions.
• Transform inquiries into qualified business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Partner with hotels and customers throughout the sales cycle to maximize engagement and satisfaction.
• Own opportunities from inquiry through conclusion, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Demonstrate commercial awareness and problem-solving by sourcing alternatives when preferred hotels are unavailable.
• Support generation and conversion of group and meetings opportunities to contribute to commercial success.
