Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in the Philippines seeks a senior development professional to identify and secure new hotel opportunities across the region, working with developers, investors, and industry stakeholders from concept to signing.

You will lead negotiations, assess markets, perform financial analyses, and coordinate with legal, finance, operations, design, and commercial teams to drive growth and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, real estate, hotel management, engineering, law, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with developers, investors, and industry stakeholders to identify and secure new hotel development opportunities in the Philippines.
• Lead evaluations through market assessments, commercial analysis, due diligence, and stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment with growth objectives.
• Lead presentations, proposals, and negotiations with prospective owners and investors, developing compelling business cases and commercial solutions.
• Coordinate across legal, finance, operations, design, and commercial teams to navigate approvals, contracts, and transaction milestones.
