Lead strategic marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives, driving shopper loyalty, market competitiveness, and overall business growth.
Conduct market and consumer analysis, including competitive research, SWOT analysis, and trend monitoring, to identify opportunities and potential risks.
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, establishing KPIs and evaluating performance to ensure effective resource allocation and continuous improvement.
Drive e-commerce and digital marketing strategies to enhance customer experience, increase online sales, strengthen brand engagement, and optimize digital presence.
Oversee visual merchandising and brand consistency across stores, ensuring promotional materials, displays, and communications align with the overall brand strategy.
