Job Summary
The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that drive visibility, customer engagement, and sales. This role leads a team of marketing professionals, manages budgets, oversees marketing campaigns, and ensures consistent brand messaging across all channels. The Brand Manager uses data-driven insights to make informed decisions, monitor performance, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products or services, increase brand visibility, and drive customer engagement.
- Align marketing plans with overall business objectives and target audience needs.
Marketing Campaigns and Promotions
- Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns and promotional activities across digital, social media, print, and in‑store channels.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop integrated campaigns.
Market Analysis and Competitor Monitoring
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and track competitor activities.
- Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and identify opportunities or challenges.
Brand Guidelines Compliance
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines and voice across all customer touchpoints.
- Conduct regular audits and provide guidance or training to internal teams on brand standards.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Leverage CRM systems and customer data to create targeted campaigns, personalized messaging, and loyalty programs.
- Implement strategies to improve customer retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value.
Customer Experience and Engagement
- Develop initiatives to enhance customer engagement, experience, and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with customer service and experience teams to ensure consistency across touchpoints.
Performance Measurement
- Establish KPIs to evaluate brand marketing effectiveness.
- Track campaign performance, sales metrics, and customer engagement data, providing timely reports and actionable insights to management.
Business and Financial Analysis
- Monitor sales performance and product trends, identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
- Develop action plans based on data insights to optimize brand performance.
Budget Management
- Develop and manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
- Track expenses, monitor campaign costs, and provide regular budget reports.
Reports and Process Improvement
- Prepare and analyze sales, inventory, and marketing reports for key stakeholders.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with merchandising, sales, operations, and external partners to align brand strategies with business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, agencies, and other stakeholders to support brand initiatives.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals.
- Provide performance feedback, foster professional growth, and promote a collaborative, results‑driven culture.

Qualifications
- · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- · 5–8 years of experience in brand management or marketing, including team leadership.
- · Proven ability to develop and implement brand strategies and manage multi‑channel campaigns.
- · Strong analytical skills, including experience with sales tracking, market research, and KPI reporting.
- · Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- · Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
