Job summary

Sysgen RPO, Inc. in Taguig is seeking a seasoned marketing automation professional to lead email and text campaigns using Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will design automated journeys, manage segmentation, and create reusable templates to improve speed and consistency.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer and Marketing teams to plan timing, audiences and calls-to-action, while ensuring privacy compliance and delivering clear performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing roles delivering automation campaigns
• Hands-on experience with email/text campaigns and automated journeys
• Proficient in CRM and enterprise marketing platforms
• Ability to learn Dynamics 365 quickly
• Experience supporting acquisition, partner or lifecycle communications
• Strong QA across proofs, previews, test sends and post-send checks
• Familiar with approvals and sign-off processes
• Understanding of privacy, consent, opt-outs and suppression handling
• Excellent stakeholder management across locations
• Strong writing and editing skills to convey clear messaging

Key responsibilities

• Build, test and deploy email and text message communications in Microsoft Dynamics 365


• Set up and maintain automated journeys, including entry rules, timing and message sequencing


• Create and manage reusable templates and content modules to improve speed and consistency


• Manage segmentation, audience selection, exclusions and suppression lists


• Maintain clear naming conventions, version control and documentation


• Troubleshoot build and deployment issues and work with platform support where needed


• Provide clear reporting on what was sent, what happened, what was learned and what should change


• Support campaigns across the marketing team, from acquisition and distribution partner activity through to communications for existing customers


• Translate product, policy and customer information into clear and accurate messaging


• Partner with Sales, Product, Customer and Marketing teams to plan timing, audiences and calls-to-action

About you

• A relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience


• 5+ years' experience in marketing roles, including substantial hands-on experience delivering marketing automation, email or text message campaigns and automated journeys


• Strong practical capability in CRM, marketing automation and campaign delivery, demonstrated through work examples


• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or another enterprise marketing automation platform, with the ability to learn Dynamics 365 quickly


• Experience supporting acquisition, partner, customer or comparable lifecycle communications


• Strong quality assurance discipline across proofing, links, personalisation, previews, test sends and post-send checks


• Experience working within formal approvals and sign-off pathways


• Practical understanding of privacy, consent, opt-outs and suppression handling


• Strong stakeholder management skills, including confidence working across locations


• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, respectful and helpful communications
