Job summary

PSO Manila | Pepper Money, Philippines is seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Lead to build, test, and deploy email and SMS campaigns using Microsoft Dynamics 365, and to manage automated customer journeys across acquisition and retention.

You will optimize audiences, timing, and messaging, coordinate with Australia and Manila teams, ensure QA, privacy, consent, and approvals, and report results with test-and-learn insights.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of marketing experience driving automated campaigns across email and SMS.
• Experience optimizing customer journeys to drive engagement and results.
• Able to work in a fixed-term 12-month arrangement.
• Strong knowledge of campaign QA, approvals, privacy, and consent management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Job description

• Build, test, and deploy email and SMS campaigns using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Create and manage automated customer journeys, including audience rules, timing, and message sequencing.
• Manage audience segmentation, targeting, exclusions, suppression lists, and reusable campaign templates.
• Support end-to-end campaigns across customer acquisition, distribution partners, and existing customer communications.
• Write, edit, and simplify marketing content to ensure clear, accurate, and consistent messaging.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to align campaigns, audiences, timing, and messaging.
• Work with creative and media agencies to brief, review, and coordinate campaign assets.
• Track campaign delivery, troubleshoot issues, report results, and apply test-and-learn insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Australia and Manila, manage expectations, and support marketing processes and documentation.
• Ensure campaigns meet quality assurance, brand, privacy, consent, approval, and compliance requirements

SELECTION CRITERIA

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• More than five (5) years of marketing experience, with proven success in executing automated marketing campaigns across email and SMS channels, and optimizing customer journeys to drive engagement and results.
• Amenable to a 12-month fixed-term employment arrangement.
• Demonstrable experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
• Strong knowledge of campaign quality assurance, approvals, privacy, consent, and suppression management.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, writing, and editing skills.
