Job summary

sysgen rpo is seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to drive end-to-end campaigns across email and SMS using Dynamics 365. You will design automated journeys, manage audiences, and ensure brand-consistent communications for finance‑regulated campaigns.

Collaborating with teams in Australia and Manila, you will own QA, approvals, and optimization while adhering to privacy and consent standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years in marketing with CRM, marketing automation, and email/SMS campaigns.
Experience with enterprise marketing platforms and automated journeys.
Experience supporting acquisition, partner, customer, or lifecycle campaigns.
Strong QA and proofing skills, with test-sends and post-send checks.
Familiarity with privacy, consent, opt-outs, and list management.
Ability to collaborate across locations and with agencies.

Responsibilities

Build, test, and deploy email and SMS campaigns using Dynamics 365.
Set up automated customer journeys with audience rules and sequencing.
Manage segmentation, exclusions, and suppression lists.
Create reusable campaign templates and content modules.
Ensure accurate campaign setup with tracking and personalization.
Troubleshoot deployment issues and coordinate with platform support.
Monitor results and provide insights for optimization.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer, and Marketing teams on timing and messaging.
Write and edit campaign content for clarity and customer focus.
Coordinate with creative and media agencies on assets and timelines.
Maintain communications calendar and drive approvals and testing.
Work with Australia and Manila teams to align expectations.
