Job summary

Tasq Work in Pasay City, Metro Manila, is looking for a senior BPO Transitions and Program Management professional with a minimum of 10 years' experience to lead end-to-end process transitions on client onsite projects at MOA Pasay.

You will collaborate with clients, senior management, and IT staff, oversee engagements, assess processes for re-engineering and offshoring feasibility, and drive business development in select accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any stream is required.
• At least 10 years of BPO experience with a minimum of 3 years in BPO transitions and program management.

Responsibilities

• Execute transition of processes with end-to-end accountability.
• Work closely with clients on onsite projects.
• Provide ground level assessment and recommendations on processes for re-engineering and offshoring feasibility.
• Interact with business users, senior management and IT personnel.
• Lead client engagements, ensuring consistent service delivery.
