Job Title

Senior Manager/Associate Director (Leasing)

About the Role

Business development and leasing responsibilities include identifying and evaluating new leasing opportunities through proactive market research and asset inspections, building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, leading negotiations to secure Heads of Agreement, and finalizing lease documentation.

Brokerage & market intelligence duties encompass building a comprehensive database of market data, developing Office Market Reports and business development tools, driving canvassing efforts to generate tenant opportunities, and collaborating with agents and stakeholders to maintain up-to-date market intelligence.

Client servicing & advisory tasks involve acting as a trusted advisor, conducting leasing meetings to align strategy, implementing tailored marketing plans, and managing negotiations with clients and tenants.

Leadership & culture focuses on modeling and embedding company culture, championing sustainable practices, representing the brand, and collaborating with the CRE team.

L&D, talent attraction and retention responsibilities include developing market standards, training, coaching, mentoring top talent, and hiring to build a high performing team.

About You

• At least 8 years’ experience in commercial real estate sales and business development (open to other industries).
• A true "hunter" with a passion for winning new business and opening doors with prospective clients.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets through new business acquisition.
• Strong market knowledge, capable of identifying opportunities and shaping business growth.
• Self‑motivated, commercially driven, and highly results‑oriented.
