Job summary

Ortigas Land in Pasig seeks a leasing professional to actively market residential and office properties, conduct viewings, negotiate lease terms, and onboard new tenants. You will maintain positive relationships with tenants, collaborate with property management, and help implement leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in leasing or real estate sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Leasing or Real Estate Sales.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to generate leads of prospective tenants.
• Articulate and with good communication skills.
• Familiar with local property laws, regulations and industry's best practices.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Can start ASAP (September 15, 2026).
