Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building and cross‑selling of additional CBRE services.
• Grasp the needs of tenants and landlords and provide them with pertinent information on leasing availability, current market conditions, and property values.
• Accompany prospective clients to property sites to discuss property features, leasing rates, and terms.
• Compile property data of clients, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, and presentations for listing or tenant representative assignments with supervisor’s advice.
• Prepare Request for Proposals (RFP) and review RFP responses. Analyze data and prepare real‑estate reports on average asking rents, tenants, in the market, historical data, and market comparisons.
• Gather and coordinate materials necessary for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements.
• Prepare offers, term sheets, and lease amendments. Assess unusual circumstances, use varied techniques, and reconcile incomplete or conflicting data in preparing responses.
• Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the real‑estate industry.
• Engage in and provide research and regular data mining for CBRE and cross‑functional teams.
• Provide regular and consistent analytics for BD & Marketing purposes relevant to the functional unit.
• Participate in collaboration activities with country and global teams to identify synergies for knowledge sharing and special projects.
• Render support to the Business Line Leader in all undertakings leading to the achievement of country key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business unit.
