Job summary

TGT Global in Metro Manila invites an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to lead Microsoft Cloud projects, automate IT processes, and strengthen hybrid infrastructure. You will manage Windows Server environments, Entra/Intune policies, and complex migrations, delivering reliable IT services for a dynamic team.

The role emphasizes automation, proactive maintenance, and clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer or similar senior role in IT infrastructure.
• Strong scripting in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation.
• Proven experience managing Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and modern workplace tech.
• Hands-on Windows Server administration: AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, DFS, RDS, and hybrid infra.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID Conditional Access, Intune, and Windows Autopilot deployments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 migrations, Hybrid Exchange, and Entra Connect.
• Advanced PowerShell, including Graph API, Exchange Online, automation, and reporting.
• Experience delivering proactive maintenance and continuous improvement.
• Strong risk assessment, troubleshooting, and communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Address incidents and service requests for workstations, servers, networks, and software.
• Additional general IT administration tasks.
• Monitor IT systems and alerts to preempt issues before they impact users.
• Document processes and share knowledge; coordinate with customers.

Ideal Technical Profile

• 5+ years' experience as a Systems Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or similar senior technical role.

• Strong PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting skills with a passion for automation and process improvement.

• Proven experience managing Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and modern workplace technologies.

• Hands-on administration of Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, DFS, RDS, and hybrid infrastructure.

• Experience designing and implementing Microsoft Entra ID Conditional Access, Intune compliance policies, and Windows Autopilot deployments.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 migrations, Hybrid Exchange, and Entra Connect (Azure AD Connect).

• Advanced PowerShell expertise, including Microsoft Graph API, Exchange Online Management, automation, reporting, and scheduled task execution.

• Experience delivering proactive maintenance, performance optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ability to identify and mitigate risks before they impact users or business operations.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Address issues and service requests that relates to all technology, from workstations, servers, tablets, printers, phones, networks, vendor specific hardware, and software

• Additional general administration tasks

Monitoring and Management of System Alerts

• Proactively monitor various IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications, to identify and address potential issues before they elevate.
