Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior MAC Engineer (JAMF Pro) to lead advanced macOS deployment configurations and enterprise support. You will troubleshoot Jamf Pro, manage macOS deployment infrastructure, and ensure rapid response to outages across a global enterprise.

The role requires 4+ years of macOS experience, Jamf expertise, change management, and strong communication. Hybrid work options in the Philippines with on-call rotation are included.

Qualifications

• 4+ years macOS knowledge.

• 1+ ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing system experience.

• ITIL Knowledge.
• AWS Experience (preferred).
• Jamf Cloud Experience.
• Apple Certification.
• BS Computer Science or Equivalent experience (preferred).
• Networking/Firewall/NAT Experience.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 on-call after hour rotation environment.
• Good understanding of change management.

Responsibilities

• Support macOS deployment technologies to a worldwide enterprise.
• Jamf Pro configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Infrastructure management for macOS deployments.
• Provide rapid response to Mac system issues and outages.
• Provide Tier III support to Level II and Field Teams.
• Troubleshoot macOS Deployment failures.
• Basic LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
• Develop and troubleshoot Bash s
• Implement Mac system delivery security policies.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of Mac systems with cross-functional teams to research, develop, and implement enterprise wide solutions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Provide support for critical systems, perform scheduled maintenance, and deployments in a 24x7 operations environment as required.
• Produce technical and operational documentation.

The Senior MAC Engineer (JAMF Pro) is responsible for project support and advanced troubleshooting of Macintosh enterprise system deployments. They should have advanced skills in Macintosh enterprise configuration and maintenance. The position requires a responsible, self-motivated, well-organized individual with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects while adapting quickly to rapidly changing priorities.

Responsibilities and Duties:
