Job summary

AVENSYS CONSULTING INC. in Pasay is seeking a Senior Mac Administrator/Senior Jamf Pro Engineer to lead enterprise macOS deployments and manage Jamf Pro configurations. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting global IT environments.

The ideal candidate will have extensive Mac administration background, enterprise deployment experience, and the ability to work in a hybrid schedule with on-site and remote collaboration. AWS/ITIL knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years macOS experience.
• 4+ years Managing deployments.
• 3+ years Change Management.
• 3+ years shell script experience.
• 4+ years of Jamf experience or Jamf 300 Certification.
• 1+ Service Now or equivalent ticketing system experience.
• 5+ years of related technical support experience.
• 1+ years Apple Enterprise Technologies
• LDAP/Active Directory experience
• ITIL Knowledge
• AWS Experience (preferred)
• Jamf Cloud Experience
• Apple Certification
• BS Computer Science or Equivalent experience (preferred)
• Networking/Firewall/NAT Experience
• Ability to work in a 24x7 on-call after hour rotation environment
• Good understanding of change management

Responsibilities

• Support macOS deployment technologies to a worldwide enterprise
• Jamf Pro configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Infrastructure management for macOS deployments
• Provide rapid response to Mac system issues and outages
• Provide Tier III support to Level II and Field Teams
• Troubleshoot macOS Deployment failures
• Basic LAN/WAN troubleshooting
• Develop and troubleshoot Bash Scripts
• Implement Mac system delivery security policies
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of Mac systems with cross-functional teams to research, develop, and implement enterprise wide solutions
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Provide support for critical systems, perform scheduled maintenance, and deployments in a 24x7 operations environment as required
• Produce technical and operational documentation

Job Description

The Senior Jamf Pro Engineer is responsible for project support and advanced troubleshooting of Macintosh enterprise system deployments. They should have advanced skills in Macintosh enterprise configuration and maintenance. The position requires a responsible, self-motivated, well-organized individual with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects while adapting quickly to rapidly changing priorities.

• Support macOS deployment technologies to a worldwide enterprise

• Jamf Pro configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance

• Infrastructure management for macOS deployments
