Qualifications

4+ years macOS knowledge
4+ years managing deployments
3+ years change management
3+ years shell scripting
4+ years Jamf experience or Jamf 300 Certification
1+ year ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing system experience
5+ years of related technical support experience
1+ year Apple Enterprise Technologies
LDAP/Active Directory experience
ITIL knowledge

Responsibilities

Support macOS deployment technologies for a worldwide enterprise
Jamf Pro configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Infrastructure management for macOS deployments
Provide rapid response to Mac system issues and outages
Provide Tier III support to Level II and Field Teams
Troubleshoot macOS deployment failures
Basic LAN/WAN troubleshooting
Develop and troubleshoot Bash scripts
Implement Mac system delivery security policies
Perform advanced troubleshooting with cross-functional teams to implement enterprise-wide solutions
