Job summary

Capgemini in Metro Manila is seeking a Senior Jamf Pro Engineer to support macOS enterprise deployments. You will handle Jamf configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance, while managing infrastructure for macOS deployments and providing Tier III support to Field Teams.

The role requires 4+ years in macOS deployments, strong scripting skills, and experience with ITIL, ServiceNow, and Apple technologies. This position offers a challenging, fast-paced environment with 24x7 on-call duties.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support macOS deployment technologies to a worldwide enterprise.
• Jamf Pro configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

• Provide rapid response to Mac system issues and outages.
• Provide Tier III support to Level II and Field Teams.
• Troubleshoot macOS Deployment failures.
• Basic LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
• Develop and troubleshoot Bash Scripts.
• Implement Mac system delivery security policies.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of Mac systems with cross-functional teams to research, develop, and implement enterprise wide solutions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Provide support for critical systems, perform scheduled maintenance, and deployments in a 24x7 operations environment as required.
• Produce technical and operational documentation.
• Create and Maintain Standard Operating Environments Facilitate User Acceptance Testing with Business Users.Application packaging and patching.
