SGV & Co. is seeking an experienced corporate finance/M&A professional at senior associate level in Makati, Philippines. You will perform financial, commercial and operational analyses, support client pitches, and help develop transaction materials while liaising on strategy and negotiations.

The role emphasizes sector expertise, a strong network, and the ability to handle multiple engagements with discretion and professionalism.

Formación

• Experience in corporate finance/M&A processes (marketing, due diligence, etc.) and completion of deliverables like information memoranda.
• Excellent analytical skills with negotiation or influencing ability.
• Confidence in client situations with value through sector insight.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain team morale.
• Discretion handling confidential information and robust network is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform financial, commercial, operational analyses of companies and projects.
• Conduct sector analysis or industry research.
• Draft transaction materials (teasers, information memoranda, etc.).
• Support new business development and client pitches.
• Liaise with clients on transaction strategy, deal structuring and negotiation.
• Support multiple projects and transactions concurrently.
• Develop sector expertise and origination capabilities over time.
• Collaborate with firm colleagues globally to deliver solutions.
