Job summary

SGV & Co. invites you to join our corporate finance team as a due diligence professional dedicated to delivering rigorous financial insights for transactions in a dynamic market. You will work in multidisciplinary teams across client engagements, developing skills in diligence, valuation and reporting.

As you progress, you’ll lead components of projects, build client relationships and contribute to cross-functional deal teams while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance with 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• CPA license would be advantageous.
• Candidates with lesser experience may be considered for Associate level.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial information.
• Strong presentation and report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in financial due diligence engagements for transactions with private equity or strategic buyers.
• Analyze financial and operational results by reviewing records and interviewing management.
• Work as part of a cross-service line team to deliver high-quality work.
• Prepare analyses of historical and pro forma financial information for deal valuation.
• Research industry trends and assist in accounting issue evaluations impacting valuation.
• Prepare client reports and schedules for delivery to clients and other parties.
• Develop and maintain productive client relationships.
