Job summary

SGV in the Philippines is seeking a Transaction Diligence Manager to lead financial due diligence engagements for M&A and related projects. You will analyze financial performance, trends, and key drivers to identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

As a manager, you will coach junior staff, collaborate with senior management and clients, and help forecast assumptions while delivering clear due diligence reports and recommendations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accountancy or finance with at least five years of relevant work experience.
CPA license would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements for M&A and transaction-related projects.
Analyze financial performance, trends, and key business drivers to identify risks and opportunities.
Evaluate business forecasts and assumptions and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Prepare and review due diligence reports, presenting key findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with senior management, clients, and cross-functional teams throughout the transaction process.
Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members to support their career growth and performance.
