Job summary

Philippine Aslam Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking a logistics supervisor to assist in supervising drivers and helpers, plan daily delivery schedules, and ensure timely delivery of products. The role includes monitoring loading/unloading, vehicle maintenance, and adherence to sanitation and safety policies.

The successful candidate will coordinate with Production and other departments to meet delivery requirements, maintain accurate records, and uphold company standards for logistics

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in logistics, warehouse operations, fleet monitoring, or delivery supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and monitoring drivers and helpers to ensure proper execution of assigned duties.
• Assist in planning and coordinating daily delivery schedules and logistics activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
• Monitor loading, unloading, and proper handling of products and returnable containers.
• Ensure delivery vehicles, carboys, and logistics equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.
• Monitor truck condition and coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and servicing to ensure vehicles are safe and operational.
• Check delivery documents, trip reports, and related records for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with Production and other departments regarding product availability and delivery requirements.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, vehicle maintenance, and company policies.
