Job summary

Yunyi Transportation Inc. is seeking a logistics dispatcher to assist in coordinating daily truck dispatch, driver assignments, and delivery schedules.

The role involves monitoring movements, maintaining records, and coordinating with drivers, clients, ports, and internal teams to ensure timely operations. The incumbent will assist in vehicle maintenance monitoring, fuel usage, and fleet expenses, while ensuring compliance with SOPs, safety policies, and regulatory documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily truck dispatch, driver assignments, delivery schedules, and transportation routes.
• Monitor truck and driver movements, trip progress, port activities, and delivery status to ensure timely operations.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate logistics documents, trip tickets, delivery receipts, manifests, and other records.
• Coordinate with drivers, clients, forwarders, ports, and internal departments regarding schedules, requirements, and operational concerns.
• Assist in monitoring vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, repairs, fleet cards, and other fleet-related expenses.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety policies, transportation regulations, and required documentation.
• Prepare logistics reports and assist in documenting and coordinating issues such as delays, vehicle breakdowns, accidents, and other operational incidents.
