Job summary

Next Innovation, Inc. in Pasig City is seeking a Logistics Assistant to support day-to-day shipping and inventory operations. You will assist in coordinating transportation and delivery of goods, prepare and maintain shipping documents, and help ensure timely deliveries.

This role involves monitoring inventory levels, updating stock records, and communicating with drivers and staff to schedule pickups and releases. You will assist with stock counting and filing logistics records.

• Track shipments and update the logistics database or system.

• Help schedule pick‑ups and deliveries.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of logistics records.
• Report delivery issues, delays, or damages to the Logistics Officer or Supervisor.
• Assist with stock counting and inventory audits.
