• Accompany the driver to assigned delivery locations.
• Coordinate with customers on-site for proof of delivery.
• Handle goods with proper care and adhere to handling requirements.
• Provide directions and navigation assistance to the driver.
• Assist in basic troubleshooting and emergency repairs.
• Adhere to safety policies, traffic rules, and operational procedures.
• Report delivery issues, delays, and damaged items to the Superior.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational efficiency.

• Help drivers organize and maintain all necessary delivery equipment, such as maintenance tools, delivery straps and shackles, tarpaulin covers, and other paraphernalia.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean and properly prepared before departure, verifying that all doors and windows are securely closed.
• Handle the loading and unloading of items for both delivery and pick-up.
• Possesses knowledge of proper cargo arrangement and lashing procedures.
• Ensure that items loaded in the truck are properly secured, organized, and protectedto prevent damage during transit.
• Verify items for deliverybased on delivery receipts, invoices, or packing lists to ensure accuracy.
• Accompany the driver to assigned delivery locations and support timely completion of delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with customers on-site, assist in obtaining acknowledgement or signature for proof of delivery.
• Handle goods with proper care and adhere to handling requirementsfor fragile or sensitive items.
• Provide directions and navigation assistanceto the driver to ensure appropriate routing.
• Assist in basic troubleshooting and emergency repairs, such as changing tires or checking load security.
• Adhere to company safety policies, traffic rules, and operational procedures at all times.
• Report concerns, delivery issues, delays, and damaged items to the Superior or Dispatch immediately.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time to support operational efficiency.
