Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Lease Analyst / Senior Analyst to manage lease administration, data management and reporting for client portfolios in the Philippines. You will handle lease abstraction, data quality reviews, and portfolio management while ensuring accurate accounting of client records and rents.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in lease software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of work experience; data administration or real estate data analysis preferred.
• Proficient in lease administration software and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update lease records as leases/amendments change.
• Extract data from real estate lease documents and input into client database.
• Perform quality review of lease data abstraction and resolve data exceptions.
• Ensure formatting and accuracy of reporting outputs for the client.
• Coordinate lease abstraction, subleases, and amendments per template; upload docs to client system.
