• Bachelor's Degree required and advanced training-model knowledge (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick).
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product and process training sessions in live, virtual, and blended environments.
• Manage training logistics including scheduling, registration, and attendance tracking.
• Develop curricula for Customer Service professionals and measure training effectiveness.
• Partner with stakeholders to design needs-based training and incorporate feedback.
• Lead project management across training initiatives from planning to evaluation.
