Thomson Reuters in Manila is seeking a Senior Learning Management Consultant to design, develop, and deliver learning solutions for onboarding and ongoing development of Customer Service professionals. You will facilitate engaging training programs and partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs.

This role emphasizes applying adult-learning principles, measuring training impact, and guiding improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Advanced knowledge of ADDIE and Kirkpatrick models.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and overall communication skills.
• Excellent organization and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product and process training sessions in live, virtual, and blended formats.
• Manage training logistics including scheduling, registration, and attendance tracking.
• Develop curricula for Customer Service professionals.
• Conduct needs analyses to determine learning needs and delivery methods.
• Collaborate with Training, Quality, CS leadership and other stakeholders to tailor training programs.
• Develop curricula and reference guides aligned with learning goals.
• Measure training effectiveness and use data to improve programs.
• Provide coaching and feedback on customer interactions.
• Create clear communication materials to convey training value to learners and stakeholders.
• Lead SME sessions in quality and calibration.
• Work with instructional designers to create facilitator guides, e-learning, self-study guides, case studies, demonstrations, and simulations.
• Apply adult learning principles and business acumen to build business cases for learning investments.
• Lead end-to-end project management for training initiatives from planning to evaluation.
