Job summary

Optum in Makati City seeks a Senior People Development Analyst to support Talent Enablement in delivering learning experiences across capabilities. The role partners with capability leads, business stakeholders and site teams to translate priorities into practical learning plans and end-to-end onboarding readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years relevant experience in learning and development, talent enablement or a related people function.
• Experience in end-to-end program or project management, including planning, scheduling, logistics, data tracking and closure.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating behavioral or professional capability programs for employee audiences.
• Working knowledge of MS 365 tools and ability to interpret learning needs and support practical interventions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitation: plan, prepare and deliver high-quality behavioral and capability-building sessions.
• Co-create capability-building strategies and coordinate end-to-end execution from planning through governance and measurement.
• Drive assigned learning projects with governance, milestones and stakeholder communications.
• Own end-to-end site onboarding readiness and execution for new employees at the Makati location.
• Maintain data, metrics and records to ensure a seamless learner experience and timely communications.
