Job summary

Optum in Manila is seeking a Sr. People Development Analyst to design, deliver, and execute learning initiatives across the organization.

You will partner with business leaders, facilitators, and People teams to create engaging experiences that support employee growth and organizational success. The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of experience in Learning & Development, strong facilitation, and program-management skills, plus proficiency with instructional design and modern learning

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Capability Development, HR Program Management, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written English communication with ability to facilitate audiences confidently.
• Proven experience facilitating training, workshops, or development programs for employees and managers.
• Demonstrated experience delivering leadership development and behavioral learning programs.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences, including instructional design, curriculum development, and learning content creation.
• Knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, or equivalent instructional design frameworks.
• Strong consultative skills to influence and partner with business leaders.
• Experience facilitating live classroom and virtual learning sessions.
• Proficiency with learning technologies, collaboration tools, and virtual training platforms.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning programs, workshops, and onboarding experiences for employees and managers.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify capability needs and support learning solutions.
• Manage learning programs from planning through completion, including scheduling, communications, logistics, and reporting.
• Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a positive and seamless new hire experience.
• Track program outcomes, learner feedback, and participation data for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
