Qualifications

• Experience in contact centre training is a plus.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage learners effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication; bilingualism is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver learner-centric training to large groups across locations.
• Coach and motivate groups using adult learning principles.
• Identify learner risks and communicate with leadership.
• Develop facilitator guides and collaborate with design teams.
• Mentor less-tenured facilitators and coordinate learning delivery.
