Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years in financial services training, a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to design engaging content and travel to advisor events as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of training experience within financial services (insurance or mutual fund).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Behavioral Science, or related field.
• Experience in agency management or distribution channels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end training across distribution channels.
• Coordinate with Agency Management to implement learning strategies.
• Design roadmaps and evaluate programs for impact.
• Manage training logistics, calendars, venues, and materials.
• Support advisor events and product launches with training content.
