Job summary

Sika Philippines is seeking a Training & Development Senior Officer in Taguig to design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs that enhance employee skills and drive organizational growth. You will manage the Learning Management System (LMS), deliver engaging in-person and virtual training, collaborate with department heads, and assess ROI to improve program quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in training and development.
• Proven expertise in instructional design and curriculum development.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training delivery.
• Experience with LMS and training software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs aligned with objectives.
• Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Manage the LMS to track employee progress and completion.
• Collaborate with department heads to tailor training solutions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and ROI through assessments and feedback.
• Develop onboarding programs for new employees.
• Create training materials and resources for learning objectives.
• Monitor training metrics and report progress to senior management.
• Coordinate with external training vendors and consultants as needed.
• Support performance review processes with development opportunities.
