Qualifications

• Experience conducting needs assessments and analyzing training data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with diverse audiences.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Experience delivering both in-person and virtual training.

• Organizational, time management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with organizational development and change management.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs and curricula aligned with objectives.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps across departments.

• Manage and administer the LMS to track progress.
• Collaborate with department heads to tailor training solutions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and ROI through assessments.
