Qualifications

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training software platforms.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs and curricula aligned with organizational objectives and employee development needs.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across departments.
• Deliver engaging training sessions using various instructional methods and multimedia tools.
• Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS) to track employee progress and training completion.
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to customize training solutions for specific business needs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and measure ROI through assessments and feedback analysis.
• Develop onboarding programs for new employees to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
• Create training documentation, materials, and resources that support employee learning objectives.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging training methodologies to continuously improve program quality.
• Monitor and report on training metrics and employee development progress to senior management.
• Coordinate with external training vendors and consultants as needed.
• Support performance review processes by identifying development opportunities and career path planning.
