Job summary

ADDESSA CORPORATION is seeking a Training Supervisor to assist the Training Manager in designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs using multimedia tools and technologies.

The role focuses on creating creative learning experiences, aligning training plans with organizational goals, and collaborating with department heads to analyze skill gaps and produce high-quality instructional materials, videos, and e-learning modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, Information Technology, Education or allied courses.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in training, facilitation, or instructional design from a reputable company.
• Proficiency in multimedia software and digital/online learning methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of an annual training plan aligned with organization goals
• Conduct skills gap analysis in coordination with department heads
• Design and develop engaging training materials—including instructional videos, e-learning modules, and assessment questionnaires,in close collaboration with the Training Manager
• Upload and manage training courses on the Learning Management System (LMS) Platform
