Qualifications

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting in high‑growth corporate environments.
• Regional LATAM recruiting experience; fluent English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across LATAM markets, including executive leadership.
• Partner with Engineering Directors and cross‑functional leaders to attract top talent.
• Maintain recruitment data in Workday ATS and report KPIs such as Time to Fill and candidate quality.
• Advise on market compensation benchmarks and offer development.
