Job summary

Catena is seeking a recruiting leader to help vet talent from LatAm and Southeast Asia for remote roles with top US startups backed by major funds. You will shape our brand as a trusted partner and ensure candidates feel respected and supported throughout the placement journey.

You will create processes to make our recruiting organization more efficient (including ATS best practices), build out our sourcing ecosystem across multiple countries, and manage a growing recruiting team.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelors Degree.
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience running a recruiting team.
• Strong analytical and people management skills.

Responsibilities
