Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for global OpCo Agency partners outside the Philippines. You will lead candidate generation, manage stakeholders, and navigate the full hiring lifecycle from vacancy qualification through onboarding.

The role requires experience with end-to-end recruitment, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple searches and deadlines.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or relevant work experience.
• Prior end-to-end recruitment experience in staffing or Corporate HR, preferably global.
• Experience conducting behavioral based interviews for various roles.
• Experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders at different stages of the lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements qualifications with the OpCo to understand needs for roles and perks and benefits provided by customers.
• Provide market insights and candidate feedback to support fulfillment.
• Maintain partnership with OpCo to align candidate profiles with priorities.
• Own assigned requirements and adjust sourcing strategy to meet evolving talent needs.
• Monitor progress and adjust efforts to meet timelines.
• Pipeline talent and build pre-qualified pools in line with OpCo.
