Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• Professional certification in Labor Relations (e.g., PHRP, CHRP) is an advantage.
• With at least ten (10) years of proven experience in employee and labor relations, preferably in a unionized environment.
• With at least five (5) years in the manufacturing/industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and collective bargaining processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Willing to be assigned in Calamba, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Analyze labor data and prepare reports on labor relations, compensation, and benefits.
• Ensure consistent interpretation and application of labor agreements and policies through training and consultation.
• Provide expert guidance on conflict resolution, compliance, and dispute avoidance.
• Manage grievance processes and collaborate with the union and management for early resolution.
• Conduct investigations and monitor grievance trends to address root causes.
• Lead preparations for collective bargaining in alignment with legal and contractual timelines.
