Job summary

Our Clients in Calamba, Laguna seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of human resources in a large-scale FMCG environment. You will partner with executives on workforce planning, labor relations, governance, and compliance, shaping policies to support business goals across multi-site operations.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in unionized settings, with a focus on developing people and driving organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience across full spectrum of HR functions.
• Strong labor relations background, including unionized environments and CBA negotiations.
• Experience in large-scale FMCG organizations with multi-site operations.
• Experience advising executives on workforce strategy and labor concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational direction across recruitment, compensation, ER, learning, and compliance.
• Develop HR strategies and programs aligned with business goals and growth plans.
• Partner with the executive team on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
• Oversee labor relations and CBA negotiations with unions and employee representatives.
• Manage labor disputes, grievances, and disciplinary cases with compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and internal HR controls.
