Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a Labor Relations Officer to support labor and employee relations, analyze concerns, and coordinate with government agencies on compliance with labor laws.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or HR, at least 1 year in HR or labor relations, and strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or related field; law or labor relations units are an advantage.
• At least 1 year of HR or administrative experience, preferably in labor relations and negotiations.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
• Able to handle confidential and sensitive matters with professionalism and tact.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Analyze labor-related data, policies, compensation, benefits, and working conditions to support negotiations.
• Research and provide guidance on employment laws and labor regulations.
• Represent the company in labor negotiations, meetings, and discussions with employee organizations.
• Coordinate with DOLE, NLRC, legal counsel, and relevant departments on labor-related matters.
• Assist in the preparation of negotiation documents, agreements, and memoranda.
• Handle employee and labor concerns professionally and confidentially.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
