Qualifications

- Strong diagnostic capabilities with scripting exposure.
- Familiar with database queries, logs analysis and network protocols.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve complex technical tickets escalated from L1/L2 support tiers.
- Troubleshoot enterprise application failures, network glitches, and OS-level errors.
- Create technical solutions, patch scripts, and knowledge base documentation.
- Collaborate with software developers and system architects to isolate bugs.
